HRM today is considered to be one of the most important management in any establishment , which can be compared to other managements such as: Marketing, Production and Finance.

HR concept has expanded to include many activities among which comes first profession analyzing & describing , human resource planning, human resources attracting, human resources stimulating and human resources training, in addition to the traditional activity related to human resources management at the establishment.

HR Role

The optimal use of the available, well-trained, experienced, effective and enthusiastic human element will lead the establishment to succeed and achieve its goals. Therefore, UIC has placed and developed principles and regulations that guarantee to fully use every and each employee appropriately. These principles include planning, selection, training , stimulation and evaluation the human element. HRM general role is to monitor the establishment progress and to enhance employees understanding of  the spirit of the Labor Law.
